Every now and then customers encounter problems completing their purchase in our online store. Here are some of the most common issues:


  • In January 2020 an added security feature was mandated in Europe. This new feature is called 3D secure by VISA/Mastercard (3DS) . This new feature requires the customer to validate online transaction with a code sent to the customers cellphone via text. While most Europeans are now used to this feature many of our US based customers are still experiencing issues with this feature as it is not mandatory for US cardholders.

    How to activate 3DS. You can contact your bank and they should be able to add this feature to your card in a few minutes. We recommend you enable this security layer to your card since it will greatly improve your online security. 


  • Transaction may fail because of insufficient funds. In this case, adding funds should take care of the problem.


  • Payments via other channels. If you are unable to complete your purchase with your credit card we may be able to offer you a direct payment via bank. In this case you can contact us for payment information.
