Once we ship packages a notification with information on tracking is sent to your email. Today's email providers have become very sensitive to commercial emails so every now and then this tracking information gets caught by spam filters. If you believe your shipment should have been sent and you have not received any tracking information we recommend you check first in your junk folder of your email.


If you have received tracking information but are still not able to track the package there might be a few reasons. 

  • When we ship parcels using Icelandic Post the tracking might not be visible with your local carrier until the package leaves Iceland. In that case you may be able to check your tracking information on Icelandic Post's website http://postur.is/en
  • Tracking information with USPS, Royal Mail and others may not be updated regularly. This does not mean the package is not in transit. 

Once the package leaves our facilities we are not able to provide any information regarding its whereabouts unless it has ben sent back to us. If you need further information regarding tracking of packages we recommend contacting your local post office directly as they should have all information readily available.
