Perishables are shipped in Styrofoam boxes, with gel cooling mats and in some cases dry ice. This will keep the box below 10°C for at least 4 days.
The gel mats have a freezing level below 0°C so it is not uncommon (and normal) for them to be in a liquid state when the order arrives.
Once your order has shipped DHL will send you a notification with estimated delivery time. These notifications are automatic and may indicate a shipping time that is not realistic. In many cases the first estimate is 10 days but that is usually not the reality for the shipping time. Most orders shipped with DHL take 2-3 days to reach their destination. If you have received a notification that indicates a longer shipping time we suggest you refresh the tracking after one or two days. Then there should be a new and more realistic delivery time.
If your package arrives later than 5 days after shipping you should contact us and we will arrange for a new order to be shipped.
